1. Passport (at least 6 months of validity) (JPG or PNG)

2. Certificate of Enrollment in the home institution (JPG or PNG)

3. English official academic transcript (PDF)

4. Certificate of health in English (one semester/one academic year)(or corresponding certificates) (PDF)

5. Statement of purpose or Study plan in English or Chinese (Include motivation and the courses you plan to take) (PDF)

6. Recommendation letters written in English (at least one) (PDF)

7. 2-inch bust and hatless photo (JPG or PNG)

8. Authorization for emergency (PDF)

9. English/Chinese proficiency test certificate ( or corresponding certificates) (PDF)
